ISSW 2026, The International SPAD Sensor Workshop, will be held in person from June 1 to 4, 2026, at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. Please review the registration fees and policies below before completing your online registration.
Deadline
The deadline for the registration is Sunday, May 24, 2026, at 23:30, KST.
Nevertheless, seats are limited, and we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Registration Fee
The registration fees for ISSW 2026 are as follows:
Workshop (Regular): USD 500 / KRW 750,000
Workshop (Student): USD 200 / KRW 300,000
SPAD Sensor School: USD 150 / KRW 225,000
Please note that the SPAD Sensor School registration is NOT included in the main workshop registration fee. A separate registration and payment are required to attend the school session.
If you wish to attend the SPAD Sensor School only, please select “SPAD Sensor School ONLY” during the registration process.
Student registrants may be asked to provide proof of student status if required.
Author Registration Policy
Each accepted paper must be covered by one author registration.
If an author has multiple accepted papers, a separate registration is required for each paper.
At least one registered author of each accepted paper is expected to attend the workshop and present the paper.
Payment Methods
Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Credit Card
Online payment by credit card is available through the registration system.
Bank Transfer
For payment by bank transfer, please ensure that:
- The sender’s name must be identical to the registrant’s name.
- After making the transfer, please send a copy of the remittance receipt to the Secretariat by email within one week.
- All bank service charges related to the remittance must be borne by the registrant.

VISA
Participants are advised to check well in advance whether they need a visa or K-ETA to enter South Korea. Please visit the official Korea Visa Portal to check visa eligibility and requirements. If you are eligible for visa-free entry, please visit the official K-ETA website.
After confirming your entry requirements, if a visa is required, please download the invitation letter template below, complete the required personal details, and send it to ISSW 2026 Secretariat (issw26@gmail.com).
We will return the stamped letter to you for use in your visa application.

Please note that an invitation letter can only be requested after completing your conference registration and payment.
It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. ISSW2026 cannot intervene with Korea Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations, a request must be made by email to the Secretariat.
- By May 4, 2026: Refundable, excluding a 20% processing fee
- From May 5, 2026: Refunds are not available.
Please note that all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, and approved refunds will be processed after the workshop.
