About Baekyang Nuri (The Commons)
Baekyang Nuri is a modern multi-purpose cultural and event complex located at the heart of Yonsei University’s Sinchon Campus. The underground facility, known as The Commons, offers state-of-the-art conference halls, exhibition spaces, a grand ballroom, and lounges, making it an ideal venue for academic conferences, seminars, and large-scale events.

Visa Information
Enter to Republic of Korea
Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and obtain a Korean visa before the visitation. For nationals in countries eligible for visa-free entry to Korea, one must obtain K-ETA.
For more accurate information, the secretariat of the conference recommends you contact your local Korean Embassy to ask about necessary documents for visa issuance.

K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)
The K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is a mandatory requirement for visa-exempt foreign visitors to enter the Republic of Korea.
It involves submitting relevant information online, such as travel details, prior to entry.
(K-ETA Fee is 10,000 KRW, approximately USD $7~8.)
Please keep in mind that the assessment can take more than 72 hours depending on the situation. Therefore, please apply for K-ETA with sufficient time.

We will return the stamped letter to you for use in your visa application.

Please note that an invitation letter can only be requested after completing your conference registration and payment.
It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. ISSW2026 cannot intervene with Korea Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
